ICON’s client is a well-respected UK-based insurance brand that cooperates with UK businesses to provide bespoke insurance solutions to their employees and families. Renew Life provides protection for families through their suite of products that includes life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection. ICON is helping Renew Life to connect with potential customers to discuss the benefits of their solutions with a view to driving new sales.

Main Responsibilities

  • Call potential customers that have already given opt-in permission to be contacted by companies regarding life insurance products, policies, and benefits
  • Read the call script with a view to generating meaningful conversations with decision makers about the products offered by Renew Life
  • Create appointments from sales leads for the senior consultant team
  • Work in collaboration with your team to provide opportunities for increasing sales
  • Back office administration, including the qualification and update of CRM data
  • Conduct fact-finding tasks from potential and current customers

Your Profile

  • Excellent communication skills, fluent verbal and written skills in English
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar client-facing function.
  • Mature and respectful attitude
  • Knowledge of MS Office and database systems
  • Customer-oriented and motivated with the desire to succeed
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Honesty, integrity, and team spirit
