ICON Communication Centres Appoints
Simon Burckhardt To Its Advisory Board

PRAGUE, Czech Republic – Thursday 5th December 2019 – ICON Communication Centres s.r.o. (ICON), a leading supplier of business process outsourcing (BPO) services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Burckhardt to its Advisory Board. Simon Burckhardt brings over twenty years’ experience in leading and growing global brands across the telecommunications and IT markets.

Simon’s leadership experience includes multiple C-level positions with Telefonica O2 (Czech Republic), BT, MTS in Russia, and Ooredoo in the Middle East and Asia. As the Managing Director of Vonage UK from 2012 to 2019, he produced double-digit year on year growth and launched the brand’s entry into the Australian market. In 2013, Simon engaged ICON as Vonage UK’s primary BPO supplier for inside sales activity and tier one and two technical customer support. He is currently also engaged as the Chairman of the Board for Support to Win.
